How are your pieces made?
Each piece is handmade, woven bead by bead. Our Franchesca Premium pieces are woven with Miyuki Delica beads, some with Swarovski pearls. Franchesca Classics combine natural stones, freshwater pearls, azabache and 18k gold-filled charms. You’ll find the materials of each piece in its product description.
Are the pieces adjustable?
Our rings and most of our bracelets, anklets and necklaces are adjustable. Each product page tells you how it fits.

Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Within the United States, Standard shipping is $5.50 and free on orders of $85 or more. Express shipping is $9.90. International orders ship at a flat rate of $45. All prices are in US dollars.
How long will my order take?
Standard shipping within the United States takes 3 to 5 business days and Express takes 1 to 2 business days once your order ships. You’ll see the estimated delivery date at checkout. Read our full Shipping Policy.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Read our full Refund & Exchange Policy.
