Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Franchesca Jewels piece. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How it works: contact us through our Contact page with your order number. Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process the refund within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case we’ll cover it.

Personalized pieces: items made to order with names, initials, charms or custom colors (such as Little Loves) are final sale and can’t be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
