At Franchesca Jewels, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. However, if a product does not meet your expectations, the following refund, return, and cancellation conditions will apply:

1. Returns

1.1. Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is received.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with intact packaging, and all tags and accessories included.
1.3. To initiate a return request, the customer must contact Franchesca Jewels at info@franchescajewels.com, providing the order number and the reason for the request.
1.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or a manufacturing defect.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once the returned product is received, Franchesca Jewels will inspect it and notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund within five (5) business days.
2.2. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
2.3. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on the part of Franchesca Jewels.

3. Cancellations

3.1. Orders may be canceled at no cost only before they have been shipped.
3.2. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer must follow the return process outlined in this policy.
